Terms of Service

1. By placing an order or using any part of CheapBoost.net’s services, you automatically accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, businesses, resellers, and developers, regardless of whether the services are purchased via cryptocurrency, credit/debit card, or other payment methods.

2. Cheapboost.net reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service (ToS) at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the ToS before each order to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. You will only use the our website in a manner which follows all agreements made with all the social media websites on their individual Terms of Service page.

4. Our service rates are listed on the CheapBoost.net platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Rate changes do not affect orders already in progress. We strive to offer competitive pricing. Always review the current pricing before placing an order to ensure accuracy.

5. We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. Delays may occur due to technical issues, social media platform updates, or high order volumes. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, and orders in progress are not eligible for refunds based solely on delivery time expectations.

6. To ensure order completion and customer satisfaction, CheapBoost.net reserves the right to modify or substitute a service type if necessary (e.g., switching from one type of Telegram member to another with similar quality). Such changes will aim to deliver equivalent or better value. You will be notified of significant changes via email or our platform’s messaging system, where possible.

7. Refunds are considered only under specific conditions:

• Non-Delivery: If an order is not delivered due to an error on our part, a full or partial refund may be issued.
• Non-Drop Guarantee Violations: For services with a non-drop guarantee (e.g., 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day refills), refills are provided if engagement drops before the guarantee period expires, provided the drop is not due to user error or platform actions beyond our control.
• Cancelled Orders: Refunds may be issued for orders cancelled before processing begins, subject to review.

        Non-Refundable Cases:

• Orders delayed but still in progress.
• Providing incorrect or broken links (e.g., invalid Telegram channel URLs or private Twitter profiles).
• Setting accounts to private during delivery, preventing service completion.
• Server crashes or capacity issues on your end (e.g., Telegram bot /start servers unable to handle lots users).
• Changing account details (e.g., username, link format) after order placement.
• Platform-specific issues (e.g., Telegram MAU not updating due to their internal caching delays).
• Orders completed as per the service description, even if results differ from expectations.

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of order completion via the platform’s ticket system. Refunds are processed within 5–10    

business days, depending on the payment method (crypto or card). We reserve the right to deny refunds if the above conditions are not met.

8. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in order delays, non-delivery, or ineligibility for refunds or refills. As a user of CheapBoost.net, you are responsible for:

• Accurate Order Details: Providing correct and functional links (e.g., correct Telegram channel URLs, YouTube video links) for service delivery. Incorrect links, expired or limited links, or private accounts may result in non-delivery and ineligibility for refunds.
• Account Readiness: Ensuring your social media account or server can handle the ordered service (e.g., Telegram bot servers supporting high  user volumes). Server crashes or account restrictions are your responsibility.
• Monitoring Orders: Regularly checking your account and our platform for order updates. We are not responsible for missed notifications or failure to report issues promptly.

9. Refills are not available for services without a specified guarantee or if drops result from user actions (e.g., changing privacy settings, deleting posts). Certain services (e.g., Telegram members, Twitter followers, YouTube subscribers) include a refill guarantee for a specified period (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days), as noted in the service description. If engagement drops within this period due to platform actions (e.g., ban waves) and not user error, we will provide free refills to restore the ordered quantity. 

To request a refill:

• Contact support within the guarantee period.
• Provide evidence of the drop (e.g., screenshots of the userlist joining the custom invite link).
• Ensure the account remains public and the original link is unchanged.

10. You agree not to use CheapBoost.net’s services for:

• Illegal activities or content violating social media platform policies (e.g., hate speech, fraud, scamming).
• Attempting to manipulate services to harm competitors.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform or servers.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and order cancellation without refund.

11. Cheapboost.net accepts payments via cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) and credit/debit cards for user convenience. All payments are:

• Non-Refundable Unless Specified: Except as outlined in the refund policy, balance refill payments are final once the payment is processed.
• Secure: We use encrypted payment gateways to protect your financial data. However, you are responsible for securing your payment method and account credentials.

12. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent payment attempts or chargebacks.
• Abuse of our platform or support team.
• Suspicion of illegal use of services.

Terminated accounts forfeit any pending orders or account balances without refund.

13. Cheapboost.net is not liable for:

• Account suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by social media platforms.
• Losses (financial, reputational, or otherwise) resulting from the use or misuse of our services.
• Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., social media platform outages, server downtime on your end).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
